Finally... someone that can actually interpret these filings and report the FACTS. Carjac, your observation regarding Mr. Roth's stock holdings and the change in numbers is DEAD ON! I think Dog should re-read his own DD before reporting his "facts" on the board. Although the S1 would appear to remove the restrictions on all issued stock, there is NOTHING that indicates that ANYONE is running for the exits... except possibly a few faint hearted holders that believe the BS being thrown around be a few bashers... jmo
