"Would appear to remove" is an understatement, that is exactly what it does once deemed effective by the SEC. Question is, what must ASFX do to fund operations now that the available A/S is nearly depleted?

ASFX lost revenue in 09 compared to 08. They have a small order for the NDD that is yet to be filled. They claim to have a company in China ready to make the thermo (another foriegn import)
Still no shareholder meeting has occured since canceled due to lack of participation back in Dec. If ASFX is such a grrrrrrreat investment why should we care if some sell. Is it getting tougher for facilitators to convince others to slap that ask? GLTY Dog, wading thru the ASFX BS

Thanks Med. Some like to play fast and loose with the facts. I have no problem with anyone who has concerns with the company. I certainly have some, but I believe they continue to head in the right direction. Twisting facts to support assumptions, whether positive or negative is extremely annoying to me. Especially when it is done over and over ad nauseum.
