Although the reason for a corporate name change is for marketing and financial media purposes, a potential ancillary benefit to our CUSIP number change is the forced covering of naked short positions in our stock. We have been monitoring the daily 'failure to deliver' totals and, although difficult to be certain, there is a strong possibility that we have a few million shares that have been sold, but not delivered. Oftentimes, a CUSIP change can trigger short covering.

I've been thinking about a merger or buyout possibilities for over a month now. That is a real possibility, and a good reason for how quite it has been. In my last contact with the CEO he said "Hang on to the Stock Greg, let me sort my stuff out!" So, I don't know what, but something is way up! I think in the near future, people who road this drop out are going to get rewarded - big time.
