Although the reason for a corporate name change is for marketing and financial media purposes, a potential ancillary benefit to our CUSIP number change is the forced covering of naked short positions in our stock. We have been monitoring the daily 'failure to deliver' totals and, although difficult to be certain, there is a strong possibility that we have a few million shares that have been sold, but not delivered.
