And regarding an answering service... it was during business hours, and it went directly to Nadine after he 'transferred' me, but who knows.

If I remember correctly, from earlier posts there have been 2 other people that have answered phones for XMDC besides Nadine.

The gentleman that was brought up today and a spanish woman, who also doubles as a cleaning lady for the office. Whenever Nadine is out of the office or unable to answer the phones the calls are forwarded to the other office that XMDC shares the building with (I'm pretty sure that's the Eastern Gentleman) and once in a while on the weekends a spanish woman will answer the phones instead of letting it go to voicemail.
