I won't copy a post over but Viv (who posts on Yahoo) and is in legal stated that he didn't see a conflict in that because it is from two different sides of D&L's firm ... one is litigation/bankruptcy while the other is more transactional. He just didn't see how that one transaction could be a conflict for D&L.
