Great suggestion. The legal beagles can come up with something along those lines you suggested. If they do not then I think the answer to your question in a previous post is No. 3. My experience is the more prestigious law firms tend to be ultra-conservative. In any event, yours is a viable approach that DK should approach.

The other thing they should avoid, if they are doing it, is going to SNP and saying we are planning to PR this, do you have any difficulty with this? Of course, if our full carry agreement has language that precludes "any" JDZ/SNP PR without SNP's approval then we are at their mercy. I remember placing such restrictions on subcontractors when awarding contracts at Dominion.
