Maybe ERHC can release a PR that says something like:

It has come to the attention of ERHC Energy that another participant in the JDZ, EEL has communicated the following in its annual report:

"Blah, blah, blah" and "6 month extension blah blah"

While ERHC cannot confirm or deny these reports due to a strict order of confidentiality, ERHC management believes this information from EEL would be of interest to its shareholders.


At least that way the entire ERHC investing population would know and not just a few folks who woke up this morning to read about it on a message board.

Can they at least do that? It would be just passing on information already released and nothing else. Or are they really involved in the options strategy whereby they make money if the stock stays the same, and lose money if it shoots up or shoots down. I'm beginning to believe that maybe they have engaged in such an options strategy, lol.
