On their website, MLON lists LEE Traupel as being on their Board of Advisors:

LEE Traupel - the CEO/Co-founder of Intelective Communications, Inc., a self-funded, profitable full service advertising agency - he has more than twenty plus years of experience contributing to the success of early stage companies and has market-honed experience branding products and services and positioning companies in today's warp speed digital economy....

He doesn't seem too picky on whom he chooses for clients. From Intelective's partial client list:

Mellon Research, Inc - Financial Svcs
Suburban Capital, Inc - Financial Svcs
Pacel Corporation Consumer Software
ShareCom Inc - Consumer Hardware

Suburban Capital and Pacel got into SEC problems. http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr18057.htm . ShareCom was also involved in the same scheme but skated by and later morphed into PYBS. The stable of companies involved in this back then put out some great fictional PRs. Those sued were heavily spammed around the net. Lawsuit is still ongoing. The SEC added another defendant OTC company just last month to it.
