retro, agreed and well said. i see two views here:

1. there is some pride for prior in this where he believes he will be uplisted by the time it runs out and by talking extension that is admitting defeat. so intentions are there.

2. however what would it hurt to say 'i expect to be uplisted by then so there is no need, but if some unforeseen thing pushes the uplist back a few days then no i will not dilute.'
no need for big formal thing on this, well i guess there is. you can not really share that kind of stuff through personal contact. kind of unethical there, though this is a pink. either way it could have been said at some point.

but really, if not pride and an impending drive to be uplisted by that date what is the other option? he plans to dilute and it trying to pull one over on us? yes this is a pink but that does not sound like his mo...

I would also like to see more PRs on the business and what’s going on but to say “He is a huge disappointment to the shareholders.” Is totally wrong!!!!!! His performance has been great and yes he can improve in areas like PRs but that does not justify that statement. I for one will stand up for SP any day of the time. I have been around penny stocks long enough to know that delays happen all the time and that does not mean there will be additional dilution. I have more to lose than most if there is any dilution but that is the life in penny stocks trading. Don’t get married to this stock and let SP do what he needs to do! It is ok to email him and ask questions. I am a share holder holding 30 mil and I speak for myself not for other shareholders!!!!!!!!
