I'm not exactly sure what his mo is? I know he needs to get 1 world cash off the ground and if he doesn't have the cash to meet his goals then he must dilute. It's just the name of the game. That said, I certainly don't think this is a scam, nor do I think his goal is to steal from his shareholders but a REAL update would be most welcome!!!
