I don't think we're near the end.

JPM has put aside 2 billion for further litigation. 2 billion is too much money to spend in one year litigation, but not enough to settle with Wamu.

I think they might start 'saving' some amount (1 or 2 billion per year), and start a trial that could take 3, 5 or 10 years. We are near the 2 year mark since the seizure and really haven't done much yet (our main achievement is the EC).

The longer you make the trial, better for JPM (WMI can make mistakes like the one that costed WMB Bondholders the Texas case), some proofs could dissappear (anybody knows for how long does JPM have to keep the emails for example?). I hope we get a Discovery granted on time if we need it...
