Chew on this: an Idea.

Since the POR submitted was not complete with asset list and valuation table, etc. and agreeing parties, is it invalid? Could it be reasoned that it is asif it was not submitted at all.

Thus, WMI exclusivity ended on 3/26, EC could submit its own POR at anytime and take charge. an Idea: I'm no lawyer.
