#24658 RE: Richard H #24655

Richard, personally speaking I must say that when one is investing in a scheme to raise funds for a penny stock who can't come up with a realistic reason for you to invest with them, then the risk/reward factor is moot.

In other words, there is no real reward if the buyout is not real, which it is not.

So, remove the reward and all you have is risk. Something that requires you to blindly believe never returns what you think it will. That is because it is geared to play on your emotions, not your logic or skill as an investor.

Anybody willing to bet on the .01 buyout is doing nothing more than providing THRR with new funds. And if they raised those funds through a very misleading buyout offer then can you really trust them to do something with that money that will benefit you down the road?

They did this for their benefit not yours so to assume that they will somehow benefit you in the future would be irresponsible at this time.
