Correct me if I am wrong.
Have not heard anyone say XMDC claims PL and SL are talking.
The post that moved this stock was:
"there has been positive developments" and that's it.

We are just assuming positive developments means PL & SL are talking..

I dont post much but read every single post and must say that we have group of good people on board and hope everyone makes lots of money here, I know I am in red big time,Unfortunately Over invested one day before the bomb exploded on March 10.GoodLuck to everyone.

Now, According to XMDC not only the both sides of Lawyers talking, but they are NEGOTIATING, but the time difference between US and KOREA is taking longer to communicate, Now the best part here is Negotiating, because this situation leads to an agreement and offcourse if parties are willing to be reasonable and understanding, its called GIVE AND TAKE. I was also told that XMDC lawyers are very aggressive and looking to resolve or get to a conclusion AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, The PR was almost ready but the XMDC Lawyers asked to HOLD OFF on that,My Question is what are they negotiating, is it like Sam Lee is saying that I want to go back to Merger Deal rather than Asset buyout, or I want to be incharge of Asian Markets and you can do business in western Markets or I want more money. Nontheless best part is they are negotiating.
