It's probably the shorters, and DM supplying them the cheap shares. This is totally a scam. All past PRs have been lies.
Last year just before Thanksgiving, when DM announced the R/S, he said "The higher price per share needed to achieve Evolution Resources' goal of obtaining a listing on the OTCQX marketplace will also benefit many shareholders and potential shareholders who have experienced limitations on the ability to purchase stocks that trade under one penny."
Look at where we are now.
No one should be buying shares of this company anymore.
