Collins (R ME)is Ranking Member for the Republicans. The Permanent Investigations sub-committee, which is holding the hearings that are of interest to us, is composed of the following members:

So, as you can see, George Voinovich is NOT a member of this sub-committee, and if he is/was present at the 04/13/2010 hearing in Room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, then I'd say he may have taken your e-mail to heart. Not receiving a reply immediately isn't unusual. But SOMETHING prompted Senator Voinovich to attend this hearing, so he obviously has an interest in the proceedings. I'd say you should keep e-mailing him and asking for his help; it appears certain that the Theater of Levin is not going to do anything other than savage the designated "whuppin' boy" (WAMU & its executives/officers), so as to justify more governmental departments and regulations to "reform" the financial industry/markets. All In My Humble Opinion, of course.
