nope! In this case he is not a sucker! Normally, i would agree. but this IS GOIG!!! When institutional MMs show up, this stock is not typical penny ho and typical rules do not apply. lighten up on the guy... we all know GOIG is worth far more than .035:-) Soon, .035 will be fading in the rear view mirror IMEO!
