No, EC wont give anyone their strat. There is a ticking clock on the current POR. WEIL/WMI/FDIC/JPM need to fix it.
If they fix it, then EC will show itself.
If they dont, then EC will show itself.

This process is controlled by lawyers. Some get paid $885 per hour. So, they all want it to take a long time.
