There are some investors who won't invest in a stock without being able to examine and disect audited financials. If QASP can get the audited financials of the aquired companies out relatively soon to the initial PRs, this will bring an entirely new set of investors into QASP and these usually have a lot of money. I hope they have financials ready to roll. We will make 25% more in the short-term if we do, IMO.
MAK...got your reply...I wasn't aware that shares given to the lender would be reflected in the O/S total. Obviously a lower O/S total equals a higher EPS...and we all want that!!
