Pick up a phone and ask the company. You shouldn't take the word of an anonymous message board and make your investment decisions based on that.

If you're worried, pick up a phone.

I believe investors should at least make the minimum effort of picking up a phone if they have questions. Do your own DD and you'll feel more secure in your investment.

Anything is possible, however once the funding is announced, what the O/S is won't make any differernce to the SP believe me!!

Listen, if he wanted to he could increase the A/S again so he could sell more shares. So what difference does it make?

I'm thinking the lenders equity may be reduced by the amount that the O/S has already gone over 900 million. That's just a hunch on my part though.
