IF...IF....IF....what you say is true....that would verify the basis of their allocation of shares....in other words: their equity is equal to 40% of the O/s i.e. 900mm/600mm; not 40% x O/s

That is the way I read it too. I was thinks they could even lower it more than what we've gone over. Ex. 30%
