just put it in the unknown column with the other Questions-we have a lot of info to digest in the coming months and I feel all the questions will be answered-most of them hinge on the funding like this whole show does but I can see the lights on the runway at last-

Couldn't this mean that now he has more leeway in dliuting more. If you don't need as many shares for the lender, doesn't that mean he can now go over the $900-950M he said he wouldn't go over.

Just sayin...this could be his excuse for further dilution. I'm always cautious and thinking of ways this can bite me.
