good observation.....but, if you're correct, that's not a good implication for the buy-back because the buy-back should have reduced the O/s to within proper relationship to the A/s regardless of how we figure the 40% share allocation....
but if this whole thing isn't real, this PR gives Dean the ability to further dilute while maintiaining the "all systems are a go and nothing's wrong" storyline. O/S is higher than it was originally allowed to be? No problem, we don't have to give as many shares in the deal now.
Just saying... I think THAT is why you aren't seeing any positive price reaction today.
Art, when is the anticipated closing loan date? Do you think Dean will be able to do it and accomplish goals for this company? I am asking for your opinion, because I know you are not the type of poster to either hype or bash but you are interested in cold hard facts. TIA.
