It's only because people expected Dean to come back from Chicago with the money, not without. He is without it for a little longer. But there really wasn't much of a delay from the 2-3 weeks stated in the last PR.

What I would have liked is for him to state how much they reduced their equity. Although, it really doesn't matter since they are restricted for 3 years. I think it was done to prevent him from having to temporarily raise the A/S.
