Well that will make a number of brokers be in violation of the REG-T since they fronted shares and clients sold now they can't deliver in the 3 day timeframe. That's gonna cause a stink. What's that gonna do to our PPS once all those shares do get dumped into the market?

What is TA and the DCT? I don't mean to sound stupid, but I guess I am. Those acronyms don't exist in the stock trading dictionary or than TA is Technical Analysis.
