Here's the deal on the share disbursement

I just talked to the TA. DTC has not released the shares to the TA, so the shares being traded are being fronted by whichever brokerage wants to front them.

If you have shares showing, you can trade however you wish because your broker "trusts" that the shares will arrive in a timely manner. If you don't have shares, don't worry, your broker may be one that won't front shares on penny stocks.

The short story is the TA hasn't received them from DTC at this time.

Doesn't really matter to me, I'm a buyer at these levels!
