Makes sense....pay $100 million for this company to break it up and sell off a few thousand (probably less than $10,000) in assets...LOL

Not only DD to make sure they have a job, but to make sure the buyer plans on continuing operations. Some companies buy others just to break up and sell off or close the business completely.
