I think he will be happier after he sees the 8-k, being here in this situation sucks, but I have faith in Linda etc, so I'm sure when the 8-k comes out we will be back to business as usual..

Ok my advice is wait 6 months then buy in give it time to get out of the funk. I use to have huge holding here for over 1 year then I sold everything waiting for this close to go down. If stuff looks right in 6 months or more and things are on the up and up I will buy in. I just want to see what this company is going to do and more importantly what this stock price and volume is looking like.
