that's a fair assesment, although i still think it is a pretty subjective phrase. i agree that it probably doesn't mean toward the end of april, but since i don't think it can be defined exactly, the only logical date attached to it can be the 30th.

Sept'09 showed they did not have a operating profit for years, 2007,2008. and three quarters of 2009. Why do you posters think that a audited statement would show better? Two pm's with no revenue projections, no audited fins which was to be released by 3/31/2010, no info period, but you speculate on what?
