VZ, As a person who has not interacted to any great degree with people using message boards, I am amazed how effective this form of communication is.
That being said the really amazing thing here is as EB pointed out to me, the Team. I have been a part of teams in my life but I honestly say "Team Monk" is the best I have had the good fortune of finding.
