Well, I did not mean to imply that a reverse split would impact market cap, but, re reading I can see how you could infer that. Nevertheless, 5 billion shares on a .01 stock is a real problem. Someone, some investor, is going to have to buy a whole bunch, and keep on buying, as profit takers sell. At this stage of the game, one would be wise not to buy the business plan, or category...it is about financials, now. JMHO.
