And if this merger is undoubtedly the only way MR Big is going, he would want to take care of this sooner rather than later, because there is only 53 million shares, regardless of how many he holds. If NO BK(A>L?????) is declared more and more people are going to catch on, which means less shares for him. :P

besides.. who wouldn't want a bank holding company? IF wamu hits.. we should buy up the float, hostile takeover and start our own bank.. any suggestions on the name? :)

still time line is the big question. i have a few other bk companies that filed for their nol's and they do owe creditors money. but, they have rec'd some of the nol's already. they are based on past losses. now how the fdic comes into the picture is important. as they are as shifty and unethical as they come. makes me wonder. ild like to buy in, but, i really dont want another ''hurry up and wait'' stock.....that is why i asked the big ''when'' question. thanks for your most informative response.
