First name that comes to mind would be "ObamaBank" ... unlimited access to capital, ability to mandate irrespective of all existing laws and regulations including The Constitution and if you can not afford to open an account, we'll start you off with a nice "Entitlement Bonus" Account that automatically refills every month ... veto over shareholder voting rights and Board of Directors have to have "forgotten" to pay taxes for at least two years.
