BOD was all powerful. They have not held, required by LAW, shareholder meatings and have not issued shareholder letters. We wish to discard them at OUR earliest convenience

Thank you again David W! Once the U.S.Trustee stepped in with his "exigent circumstances" comment in the 11th hour, I think we all knew we were all going to have a voice via the equity committee. An amazing day for the common and preferred equity holders. Hearing and reading the plethora of documents which clearly indicate those who perpetrated this debacle is now paying dividends to me. If, as you stated, the power of the equity committee is derived from the blessing of the court, we should have many battles won with Judge Walrath ruling in our favor.
