it sure concerns the court.why else are we here? no one can pay 1.8 billion for 264 billion in assets.the judges in the DC and Delaware cases have already commented on the low purchase price.
There will possibly be a filing by the EC showing a substantial increase in assets above and beyond the numbers that the Debtors have been alledging for the past 18 months. It will then be up to the Court to decide the fair value if any and award claims as the Court sees fit.
