Have you read all of the legal docs? Regardless of the pps at the moment, it looks like XMDC is in the right and Sam is in complete default. However long it takes, I think they will win out.
I am sure rain makes good stock picks. But I am not going to just follow him around. How will anyone ever become a better trader if they don't find things on their own?
