Wow... a voice of reason! I agree with you. The most likely scenario is that the EC is building their case right now. It's highly unlikely, IMO, that JPM would cave in and discuss a settlement with the EC at this point because we haven't revealed all of our ammo yet (Solomon's valuation, possible new BOD, etc.). It doesn't make sense for JPM to start throwing out real offers until they absolutely have to. I don't think we're there yet, but at some point we'll get there.
