I agree volume is low,
but this is not a low float.
It must be closely held with
few small investors. Thoughts?

The total shares outstanding for this company as of 04-01-2010 were 883,565,256 shares outstanding with 516,121,678 shares free trading and 367,443,578 shares restricted with unlimited shares authorized as per the state of Wyoming.
