Its being bought up and held by people due to a pending merger. The company hasn`t done any entity filings since 2006 and all of the sudden in Jan and March 12th they did. Only reason to do this is merger.

This trades as if the float is about 10-20 million , my guess is most of the free trading shares are held by the company for wages because it trades to thin and there is no dumping. We should hear something very soon.
