Well said, and very true. This reflects probably the best snapshot of what's going on here that I've read.

All the doubters/sideliners who are hesitant and waiting for concrete proof with audited financials and reporting of revenues and profits will be the ones chasing it higher once they begin to be reported. It takes a leap of faith to buy and hold now and I, for one, am a believer...

Good analysis. I think your first point is particularly crucial. Eric really needs to push to get that Hogan-Taylor audit completed. If their numbers are as good as Eric's, I think that will give people significantly more confidence. (In conjunction with an A/S reduction.)

I agree with your post, except for the A/S, my understanding is that is being reduced to 700m.

You are forgetting the flip side, this company is verifiable. Most pinks selling oil or VOIP can't really be verified, Hannover House/TDGI is different. You can read in Variety about the deals Hannover House has done recently, you can see how much they put up for those deals, and see that it hasn't come from dilution of the stock. You can see Twelve was made by Joel Schumacher, a very legit player in the movie business. You can see Happythankyoumoreplease was made by Josh Radnor, a regular on How I Met Your Mother. Happythankyou also stars Malin Akerman who has become a pretty big star the past few years. My point is this company is legit and they are getting their ducks in a row. As far as if the movies flop we are toast, well that's incorrrect, because we don't have any money in the game, that's all coming from an outside financier at this time. Eric is choosing movies that even if they don't do big box office numbers, they will do great on DVD & VOD. I agree with your first point but not your second and third, who cares if a stock message board is all positive, we have a right to be, almost everything is verifiable and gives legitamacy to our enthusiasm. I am one of the more conservative posters on this board, and at 4c I don't see anything to worry about.IMO
