you can check the filings on otcmarkets from March 20 and then link the Hannover Facebook update that was posted earlier this week.

I meant that 10B AS is a problem. When we get a filing saying it is 700M, that will put the issue to bed. Even at 700M there is still some room to sell shares in the future (dilution!) if needed to finance some very worthy acquisitions. Based on what Eric and the Board decided, I don't expect any dilution until far in the future when the company is solid and it makes sense.
