Again if this device is the real deal then Sam would have been rich beyond his wildest dreams that he had 14 years ago when he came up with the concept.

So quite the ego and lets get going otherwise Sam is going to be sitting on the sidelines when someone else is marketing a similar device. Then he can see someone else got rich while he was acting like a wanker with a big ego and gets nothing but a pretty poster of a schematic on his one bedroom apartment.

I'm no legal mind. I think you are probably right. The judge will likely reject the move to dismiss, which would mean Lee would have to respond in a few days. Lee's side is trying to prevent the plaintiff's side from even making their case, rather than directly go at it.

We need to see the contract. Is that available to us now? Paul also needs to release some kind of statement, telling us what is going on.
