I think you interpreted Ogclip's message correctly, but the stock did double today on heavy volume. Call it what you will, but every company on these markets is doing a raise. If they can do a raise and have the share price go up, everyone's happy. Don't fall in love.

Technically, you'd be right, you cant max out the AS, she can increase it, and has.
As of Monday after close when I talked to the T/A, she had roughly 30M shares to sell before she maxed the OS out.
