I'm not sure where it's mentioned in Ogclip's post that both the A/S and O/S are maxed out. The last line of his post states:

The compamny raised the A/S multiple times in the past year or so.. Once the O/S is maxed out to 5B look for another R/S or for them to once again RAISE the A/S.

I understand the second sentence in the above to mean that first, the O/S is not maxed out (Once the O/S is maxed out to 5B meaning that the O/S can, at some point, be maxed out, but it is not as of the writing of that statement); and, second, the company could raise the A/S (implying that more shares could be added to the A/S so, conceivably, the A/S could never be maxed out).

Can you direct me to where it's stated that both the A/S and O/S are indeed maxed out? Perhaps I missed something. I'm not a basher or a detractor. I would just like to have things clarified (part of my DD, I guess).
