Hi rramirez82, a quick question:

Since the judge granted the motion to intervene in the adversary proceedings (aka turnover action) could the EC ask for a decision on the $4B?

A decision by THJMW granting the turnover of the $4B would definitely spoil the proposed settlement.

What do you think?
