Almost seems like they want to keep it suppressed, or supress it more ahead of any turn around. Why could that be?

It is strange from a shareholder perspective but it isn't from their's (ie senior management.) They are clearly in it for the long haul and are swinging for the proverbial fences and don't really care about the short/medium term and what American shareholders want. I am convinced that for the most part, they could care less whether the stock is at .003 or .03 today so I wouldn't expect to get too many PRs, status updates etc if/until the Ribotsky issue has been resolved and/or we have full regulatory approval to manufacture, market and distribute AF-01 on a large scale capacity. Wei Li is obviously overwhelmingly confident that his strategy will succeed and that these aforementioned hurdles (ie Ribotsky and AF-01) will be cleared or else he wouldn't have loaned the company $1 million. Some of the senior management is also pretty well connected and highly influential politically; they would not be involved if they were not similarly confident as well. I'm a little frustrated as I have lost a lot of money and feel left in the dark about what is going on. But I have not given up and am optimistic we'll have our day...I just can't say whether it will be next week, next month, or next year.
