They must operate at "ARMS LENGTH" !!!!!!!!!!!!

As per 8-K filling on 12/21/2009 by DNPI, page 5, Paragraph(e), they shall operate at "ARMS-LENGTH". For notice, they have no "Poison Pill", which means they are available for takeover. Also on 6/18/2010 rule 144(12 months) goes out they are able to sell their(insiders) securities.

DNPI form 8-K, dated 12/21/2009 page 3, paragraph b, "AFFILATE", read again, it basicly refers to Tom as CEO of two companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
