Typical MM action, IMO, based on the fact that recent news has them worried, or at least concerned, at the moment....not panic yet, but concern.......nice fundamental news base, re: debt/finance, for the company to build on ......follow through with EXECUTION of contracts and further finance will fuel this to a significant breakout.
