The FDIC bungled this sale when they gave the bank away to jpm for a pitiful sum. If they werent so crooked a legit sale price could have covered the "bank bondholders claims" and then some. i certainly dont agree that they should be awarded any more of the tax money and it should instead go back to where it belongs....ie with the holding company. i hope the ec will also chime in on this at some point.
